"Really pleased with our new Charnwood C5 stove and has it really finished off our living room. The chap in the shop was very knoweldgeable about the different stoves and helped us in making the tricky decision of which stove to go for- would really recommend going down to the shop to discuss the different options. The installers were friendly and hardworking, and they managed to create a perfectly level hearth despite our sloping floor! The installation took place over two days- one to install the lintel, the other to install the flue, hearth and stove. Haven't personally had an issue with staff not being there at the stated opening times. We really appreciate having the stove now that the nights are drawing in and definitely recommend Embers for a woodburner install"

"From initial visit to the showroom all the way through to the finished installation Embers have been flawless. Walking into the showroom for the first time not knowing exactly what stove I wanted or even which could be fitted into my home was a little stressful but within minutes of speaking to Lex I was given a sense that I had come to the right place.

Lex talked me through my options, what stove did what and which would be suitable for my home. From this I made my selection and booked the site inspection.

Everything from that point was a breeze - the installation was spread over two days and by the end we had a real focal point to the room . We had been warned about there being abit of dust from the opening up of the fireplace but Embers installers did a great job of minimising this.

All in all I am over the moon with my new stove and will be recommending all of my friends and family of Embers service."
